The Pitch’s long-time restaurant critic fesses up to his past as vegetarian (vegan?) waiter in an Indianapolis macrobiotic restaurant.
I have to say I agree on the coconut bacon – it tasted more like an odd, sweet, mayo-based salad (ala tuna- or egg-) to me, but I’m looking forward to checking out the rest of their menu soon.
Have you been to Cafe Gratitude since it opened in KC? What are your thoughts?
